“Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer.” Psalm 19:14

Wow! That verse really is a challenge for me, how about you? I so want my words and my heart to reflect Jesus and not me. This desire makes it crucial that I start and finish the day with Christ and then do my best to pray without ceasing throughout the day. Lent seems like a good time to try and set this type of Christian discipline. During a time of sacrificial living, we are pressed to rely more upon God for strength than normally. May the Lord be so full in your heart that His love spills out of you onto those that you encounter!

Encouragingly,

Pastor Chris Yount
